as you want to make thing clear for everybody (and that is very good) I think that the best for you with your new account would be to provide the investor password at least to ND. Then no problem and discussion anymore. ND will be able to do an evaluation.
Because as you know from past experience opening and closing demo accounts and hidding the closed P/L may be misinterpreted...
