LOL thats why I didnt fund mine.Youre giving money to an individual.You cant even charge them for theft YOU sent the money.A company you have recourse to recoup the funds and if they keep it authorities will investigate it at least under company laws.
You are wrong about that.
You will always have more recourse against an individual. That is the whole point of opening a company - it it LIMITED LIABILITY.
