I'm sure this question has been asked here somewhere but I can't find the answer. Where is the best place to get good quality, non-indicative historical intraday data for forex? In particular, I'm looking for 15M or 1H EUR/USD or GBP/USD from about 2000 to present.

Free would be nice, but I can live with non-free if the cost is reasonable.

Actually, since this forum is devoted to developing and testing trading systems that require such data, any chance we can make this thread sticky?
