As concerns FSA registration from it services has already refused lots of famous brokers with world-known names including LiteForex and NorthFInance. So we are not minding if along with shady dealings as PoltekFX, you will include also these companies. But frankly speaking I can't understand why are you discussing FSA topic here but not in the topics devoted to it.
FSA is a national organization, which regulates the activity of financial companies INSIDE Great Britain. Insta Forex is not British company and we don't even have in plans to make it British in the foreseeable future.
Yes we have address in London just for correspondency handling and if there will be need we can add the phone calls processing, but still the main office is located in Russia and it's by its geographical position much closer to the center of Europe, than London.
