Some description you may find in the code of this indicator (in english).
For example:
Blue line is Static level of balance;
DodgerBlue - Dynamic level of balance;
Yellow - Static steps of balance;
An other yellow line - Dynamic steps of balance;
Black - Static level of support;
White - Dynamic level of support;
Black - Static level of resistance;
White - Dynamic level of resistance.

All the color of the lines may be changed in the settings of the indicator.
