You are quite right. I don't really want to get into a whole thing about it, because frankly it's quite upsetting to me - there is quite a chunk of my money sitting over there. But I believe there are 2 disputes at play, one between Spacevision and Aleccoh, and another between the 2 companies and the Swiss gov't. Hopefully the former has been resolved.
As for the deposits disappearing, they haven't. My station still shows my balance, so someone, somewhere has my money. If the station read "$0", it would be a different story.
Of course, getting the money back remains the challenge. In the absence of info/evidence to the contrary, I am choosing to believe Aleccoh has resolved the dispute between himself and Spacevision. Now we wait for the gov't restrictions to be lifted and see what happens.
