It was disconnection in that time ... or spike ... don't remember sorry. And few trades got stop loss for trades. So, they created the thread in broker's forum and started to complain a lot. After one page complaining the technical director of the broker posted: with real face photo instead of avatar, with real working telephone number and so on. He said 'sorry' 100 times. Than the other broker's worker posted. He said that it was broker's mistake. With real face photo and telephone number. And he said 'sorry' 100 times. No one was banned from broker's forum and no one post was deleted. And all the accounts were re-funded in the same day.
It was not FXOpen broker.
Different broker.
ND, I'm curious as to why you do not reveal who this 'respectable' broker is - afterall, you suggest that, in your opinion, honest MT brokers, are few and far between, and as your opinion is well respected, I'm sure others would like to know also.
