Seriously. Of course can't help all traders, however we needs to think a little about.
Governments are like brokers. Some Governments take care of the citizens others just help swindlers.
A serious Government insure the citizens who want to invest, others claim for better regulations and then: FXLQ, Refco and so on
. Others (because we have many classes) just offers their beaches to swindlers.
