Pretty new to all this. I can't seem to go past the potential of the MakeGrid system mentioned early on in the thread.

Having backtested it and tested it on a Demo account. All looks fantastic from 01-04 to 12-05 then it all falls apart. What's that all about? Is the market changing from a ranging to a tranding market? If so could someone explain to me why a grid system wouldn't work in a trending market?
