If the programmer did some commercial coding somewhere and if it is not related to our forum - so it is not our case.
I am suggesting to you to open commercial thread about commercial coding here

You are well-known and reputable coder and you coded many indicators and EAs. So you should have commercial thread on our forum. It is related to the other well-known and reputable coders (Kalenzo and many others).
And we are having evaluation rules for commercial services/threads.
It means that every commercial thread should have evaluation thread here

What is evaluation thread? It is our forex-tsd thread about commercial thread. So, basicly clients may post any opinions in forex-tsd evaluation threads with full admins support. And commercial members (you for example) are the holders of commercial threads but they can post any opinion in evaluation threads a well.
Moderators can regulate commercial subject on the forum only by evaluation threads because
evaluation threads are forex-tsd threads about commercial threads. Sorry for tautology as it looks like A = A and because of that A = A
But it is only way to regulate commercial subject and it is most related to the question: do the members of forex-tsd forum accept some particular commercial thread now or not ...
So, I simple wanted to say that your idea is already implemented.
I am suggesting to you to open commercial thread about your commercial coding. Other well-known and reputable programmers can do the same. And in this case this discussion about black list will be official one in corresponding evaluation threads for some particular commercial thread.
