It will always be insinuation between the coders who are coding something according the requests and the members who want to see EA "from this indicator because this indicator looks good on the chart".
If this thread will finally go to this educational 'test you idea before asking for EA' case so it ill be fine.

if a client decides to blame a coder for such case, then a coder replies stating that he made the job done right and every other coder from now on knows that this client should be avoided. that's all. everyone will see who's right in a situation.
