Probably they are scammers only, I heard that there is a cracked version of MT4 server available in the hands of underground Software sellers, if that is true, anyone can start a perfect fraudulent brokerage company with almost not cost, capital or effort and scam everyone.
If you are shopping for MT4 brokers, be careful.
