You expect that between 15:30 and 17:00 the EUR/USD exchange rate will increase and you take out an intraday up option with the conditions stated for 100 USD. If the exchange rate at 17:00 exceeds the one at 15:30, your profit will amount to 100 x 1.85 = 185 USD and your net profit consists of the difference, 185-100 = 85 USD.
