Upgraded expert versions came out: Expert Advisor "CHINCHILLA".

We made the expert setting and improved expert parameters. New options also are implemented:
1. The parameter GMT.Diff is added (by reticence 1 for Alpari, CET =GMT+1) - this gives the opportunity to set the expert work for other brokers.
2. The parameter Smartlot (Dynamic lot) is added
Everyone who bought prvious experts versions will be sent new versions for free.
