It really is that simple. This would obviously only apply to those selling EA's but it would cut all the bullshit that goes on here by at least half. The costs incurred by the seller on setting up such an account would be very little - and afterall, these EA's are actually supposed to make money...
There is only one seller that regularily posts on TSD that does this and as you well know, there is little controversy about that sytem. I, and I guess a whole lot more, cannot understand why you do not sort this out, once and for all - by simply doing what is hilighted above.
Personally, I think from the 'business' standpoint, you view all this controversy as a 'good thing' which is why you continue to permit it.
Finally,after careful consideration, I also think this 'evaluation' thing is just more nonsense - a way of continuing the arguments, while (hopefully) being seen as trying to sort it out...

Just for example. One person wanted to sell pattern indicator. Can I evaluate it? No I can not. Because I do not know patterns.
The other example: one guy wants to sell something. Many people can say to him: "hi friend how you are doing?". But I do not know him ... so can I believe in him or something? People must say, right?
Evaluation is just our community opinion. It is the same as student (vendor) are presenting the thesis for a Doctor's/Marter's degree and academic council member (evaluator) from some university (forex-tsd forum) are giving some references to this thesis.
Because how it was before?
I created the rules and I fulfilled the rules and no one cared about (i mean the sellers): they did not send me anything for evaluation anything for 1 year. And the other peoblem: do I have a time for that? Probable not.
It was like that before.
So, evaluation is the following: if our community accept this seller based on 1 or few opinions (evaluation) so that's fine. Not - not. Andf it is only rules which will work.
If the evaluator decides for some particular seller to test it with real account so that's fine. If evaluator said that it is not necessaery for him so that's fine as well. Because evaluation thread is open and everyone can tell any opinion.
