You refer severall times to the public zorro system.
But actually the system that we use is based on the T_S_R system
FXiGoR-(T_S_R) very effective Trend Slope Retracement system
The rules that we use in our system are 100% identical of those that can be found on that topic. But with an other exit strategy.
We are using only a very small portion of the zorro system.
The rules that we use on the zorro system have changed in a very big way that one can nearly find anymore valuable information on the zorro topic.
So one could say it is 50% T_S_R system and 50% zorro system but the zorro revised in big way.
The key element of the succes of the zorro trading group or the results that the group produces is based on trading severall pairs to deversify the risk and the money managenment that we use in taking in 2 lots and taking profit on T/P levels. After taking out the T/P levels we have emmidiatly B/E levels that come in to play. That sort of money management makes that we boost up the hitrate in a big way BUT without having the problem of a low reward/risk ratio.
Because systems that have a hitratio well above 50% have the caracteristic that the stoploss becomes severall times bigger then the profit target. Or that the average losing trades is severall times biger then the average winning trade.
With the system (or money management) that we use that is not the case.
We have a hitrate above 60% but the average winning trade is still bigger then the losing trade.
Hopefully this gives a bit more information about the system we use in the zorro trading group. I still use the name "ZoRRo" because our system is based on Zigzag indicators and on the principle Reversall and Retracements.
