My standards are to reply within 24 hours. Typical coding turnaround is 7 days. The main issue to be able to keep such high standards is to not take under quoted jobs. My hourly fee is 50 Euros and I frequently must refuse clients who want me to code at rate lower than I pay my gardener. All this is done to be honest with my full rate clients. For some of them I have even a rapid service with 50% price add on and they prefer to pay higher rate. With good clients I have on average 5-10 jobs and cooperation continue.
