Now that the ARM's are killing us, Bernanke has his finger in the dike. Problem is: He needs a 966 Cat Loader to plug the hole. I trade the GBP/JPY. It wasn't to long ago, Bernanke infused Billions to prop up the Dollar. Where is the Dollar now? Lower than before. Last time Bernanke made a cash infusion, the Japanese Big Money gobbled it up to the high, then sold it. EWI just stated that the markets are crazy, and there waves are screwed up.
Here's the proof: Look at your charts, 2 months ago, at the last US cash infusion. Any pair with a USD on it is diving, except the Pound. Crosses are recoiling to go up. The Pound is at it's 1991 high and is way above the daily Pivot by over 100 pips. The GBP/JPY is now crossing it's daily pivot, and the Yen is just below the daily Pivot, on good US news? Don't get caught short, long term, on the crosses. It will take a few days for the Japanese big money to receive Bernanke's gift, and rest assured they will use it. The real estate market says we are in for it until 2009. Warning: When Greenspan , Paulson, or Bernanke shoot their mouths, Sell the USD, and Buy the crosses. You don't need signal providers, just look at your previous charts, when these people speak. You need to trade by the seat of your pants. The reason for broker problems are Traders are getting smarter. The Brokers will use ANY means to keep your money and use any excuse to close your profitable position for a loss.
