Hi,
i've been trying to transfer first ever 3000eur to my north finance account to go live. I filled out the form online and received the generated pdf, which i sent to my bank.

now NF say to me that all info needed is on this pdf.
my bank is saying different. It does not seem to know what the account name is, in the bank in cypress.
Can anyone tell me what exactly is the account name for north finance. i have asked NF this question many times over email and not received a satisfactory answer.

Can someone lease help?
Is the account name = my name or is it North finance LTD or what?

ps has anyone been able to get onto NF's live helpdesk? it seems to me to be most unhelpful.
