The thread is here SHI Indicators and it is the channel from the first posts of this thread. It is normal simple SHI Channel indicator. Not very complicated as some other SHI channel indicators.
Dots? It may be asctrend, or BykovTrendsig_v1 (or Price ...sig_v1 - they both are the same ... check asctrend thread), or it may be any other indicator ... bars? we are having a lot of indicators which are painting the bars so it may be anything ... stochastic with 14-5-5 settings .. yes I am always using this settings ... and H1 timeframe? I prefer H4 with this system but H1 is fine as well.
It may be SHI Channel system from this thread SHI Indicators or some improved version of this system.
As to channels so check this thread also Channel trading system
