There is many Brokers that allow many trades per minute,execution less than 1 second....There is many Non Dealing Desk Brokers using MT4

You need money to trade with them.
Search for them and maybe you will change your comment.
Sometimes there is requotes,but not all time and you can made money even with requotes.
I'm trading with 20 Banks,some people here know that i have this access
