Metastock feed is a clean Reuters feed for 99$ a month.
Hypertrader is nice.
Tenforequotespeed is bad.
Esignal is quite good but has too many problems according to people.

Besides as I know many people are using free IDLoader software from forexclub for free live data feed to MetaStock (it was posted on that mentioned thread if i remember).

And as I know many Igorad indicators were converted by him to MetaStock. Besides there is asctrend versions from Igorad for metastock as well so make search http://www.forex-tsd.com/search.php or ask some particular coders.
