This broker was suggested by a trader over at ForexFactory, perhaps they don't know what they are talking about, but he has been around FF for several years and after reading his posts he seems to be a professional. Also I have had accounts at fxdd, ibfx and fxcm and I have heard many complaints about all three of them yet not once in 4 years of using them have I had a single problem that wasn't taken care of if the problem was on their end. In summary everyone has their own personal experience and why experiences differ from trader to trader is a good question. cheers
