The problem is in his computer, since the trade was generated from his IP address, each person will be given a unique IP address when logged to the internet, unless in some countries they have dynamic IP but still you can track where the trade came from.

the problem is theirs, they are probably not doing it intentionally but they have got some script gone crazy
if they don't aknowledge the error, just take your business elsewhere!
